Terms & Conditions - 21-Second Moo-Lah Madness
1. Entry Details
- Each raffle ticket is $3.
- There is no limit to how many tickets a person may purchase.
- All entries must be received by 1:00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 13 July 2025. Drawn 1:30pm same day.
2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
- The winner must be available to participate in the grocery grab on Monday, 10am 14 July 2025 at Drakes Supermarket, Glenmore QLD.
- If the winner is unable to attend, a redraw may occur at the organiser's discretion.
3. The Draw
- The winner will be drawn and notified on Sunday, 13 July 2025 via the contact details provided at entry.
- The draw will be conducted fairly and at random.
4. The Prize
- The winner will receive 21 seconds to fill a provided shopping basket with items of their choice at Drakes Glenmore QLD..
- The timer begins when the winner starts moving.
- Only one standard-sized shopping basket may be used — no trolleys, bags, or extra containers. A little overflow is fine, but items must stay reasonably within the basket (no dragging or carrying separately). Final discretion rests with store staff or the organiser.
- Assistance may be provided if the winner is elderly, has a disability, or requires support to participate safely.
- The prize excludes alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, or any other restricted items.
5. General Conditions
- The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
- By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Photos or videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by the organiser.
